The Boathouse Apartment:

The boathouse is a 'loft' space that can accommodate a couple very comfortably and also take groups of up to 4/5 people, ideal for either a family or a small group of friends. It is also popular with corporate clientele.

The apartment is available for our guided fishing client (full board or self catered) and also on a self catered basis for those who wish to self guide or explore this area..

The accommodation comprises of:

• A well equipped kitchen with large electric range/cooker (oven, grill & hob), refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, glassware etc.
• A spacious shower room supplied with ample hot water from our licensed private well - so there are no chemicals in the water.
• The bedroom has a new luxurious queen sized bed, fitted wardrobes & nightstands etc.
• In your private sitting room there is also a double sofa bed, and an additional large sofa. The sitting room has a large flat screen HD television with a wide range of satellite channels. There is also a dining table & chairs.

The beautiful views from the private balcony are of the Skeena valley, with the Skeena river & Terrace visible in the distance, and of the stunning mountain ranges east of the town. Behind the boathouse is our 30 acres of prime BC rainforest, a wildlife haven. There is a very large private parking area with ample room for boats etc.
