The lodge houses a full commercial kitchen whichis inspected by Northern Health & meets all food safety & hygiene standards.

We produce great home cooked food which is locally sourced and produced where possible.

Both a cooked breakfast and a lighter continental breakfast are available to set you up for the day - or something in between!

For our anglers lunch is taken on the river and maybe a BBQ or a personal picnic hamper full of goodies. Hot and cold drinks will be available all day.

In late afternoon, return to the lodge and join your hosts and fellow guests for a hearty 3 course home cooked supper! Specialities include Bison Bourguignon, local Halibut, Elk BBQ and our popular 'Spice Night'!
