Mountain biking trails are located all around Terrace, with varying degrees of length and severity.

Paddle Power

Kayaking, rafting and canoeing are available on the nearby lakes and for white water adventures the ultimate experience can be found in the local canyons, creeks and open river beds  - only for the more experienced.

Foot Power

Hiking/walking trails vary and provide a hiker's paradise, a gentle walk following meandering streams through alpine meadows and the mossy green woods to the more difficult mountain hikes amid rock bluffs, ravines and forests.

Road trip

Explore the Nass Valley or take a day out to visit Hyder, Alaska. (Remember to take your passport). Stop at the beautiful blue Bear Glacier on the way and have lunch in Stewart, on the border, if time allows visit the toaster museum!
